Hailing from Belfast are alternative rock trio ‘Cairo Station’.
Featuring Felix McAuley on guitar, Ben Gribben on bass and Cara Collins on vocals.
The Belfast trio already have several sold-out headline gigs under their belt, all before releasing their debut single ‘Menace’. Today we gave it a listen.
THIS IS A BAND SURE TO PERK THE EARS OF FANS OF PARAMORE AND WOLF ALICE
The tracks kicks us off with a nice build up of a bass riff and drums that is incredibly catchy.
Cara’s voal performance on this track is top notch. From the first to the last note, you can feel the passion and heart and soul that has gone into this song.
The production is clear and powerful, which gives the band the necessary force to unfold their full effect. This is a real hit and it invites you to sing along and rock out , it has the potential to provide real goosebumps during live performances.
The lyrics are as profound as they are rousing and invite the listener to immerse themselves in the world of the band and let themselves be carried away by their sounds.
About the single, the band stated: "This song is our first release and a sign of what is to come from us as a band. We can't wait for everyone to hear it and to join us on this journey"
