Today it’s over to Craigo to go over his top 3 of the year!

Well...where do I start?
As I'm writing this, little over 10 months have past since I uploaded my first reaction video...about 9 of those months I've spent with HeadbangerHQ. Great lads and we've had a lot of laughs along the way, but more importantly, we've had the pleasure of getting to know a hell of a lot more awesome bands/artists!
So much talent has sifted through our earholes within this time and, me personally, I would like to say an EPIC 'THANK YOU' to each and every person involved because without you we wouldn't be able to do this!!
Letsgocraigo was created with a mission to help promote Unsigned/Independent Bands & Artists of any genre and try to gain them even the smallest bit more attention...and there was (and still is) no shortage of music being thrown my way! From single tracks, to orders through Fiverr ( https://www.fiverr.com/letsgocraigo ) for EP or Album reaction videos...the response has been nothing short of phenominal & deeply humbling!
As more ideas and plans are being created at the moment, including more Live Streaming on Twitch ( https://www.twitch.tv/letsgocraigo83 )...I have been presented with the agonising task of choosing my top 3 bands I've reacted to within the time I've been doing them!
Nearly 200 bands & artists to go through, when all of them have made a massive impression on me, is no easy fete to whittle down to 3...so please don't be offended if you're not on the list!!

KENSEI:
Ever since my first reaction for this band for their track "THE LIGHT", I've been hooked...seeing them dish out a new banger and an album on the way, interviews online and seeing footage of them at Bloodstock Festival, they are a force to be reckoned with bringing Midlands Metal the extra sexy sass it deserves!

These guys burst on the scene early last year, before I started reaction videos, so I didn't get to react to their debut single...but the 6 singles after that (under Year Of The Rat Records) have been stunning! Sick screams, infectious instrumentation, huge catchy choruses and vocal harmonies to make you melt...as well as being absolute legends, ticks all my boxes!

NO HORIZON:
I am absolutely besotted with ths band! July 2024 they released their debut track "LOST OUR WAY" and it totally knocked me for six just how technically beautiful it was...but more so, how professional the production sounded for a debut!!
"SMILE" was a complete curveball...I knew this single was on my list to react to and then I found out what the subject matter was and I was turned into an emotional wreck! However, the song itself was constructed in such perfection that it still stands as my most listened to track since it's release!
"SHOW ME THE LIGHT" & "UNDER THE WAVES" followed that and fully cemented their place in my heart as ridiculously talented musicians, incredible songwriters and most humble humans!
No Horizon's Self-Titled EP is out 30th May 2025, with an extra track featuring Zachary T Farris of KEEP CLOSE...which I'm absolutely hyped for!!
