Bright Black are a 4 piece midlands UK based Hard Rock band. Combining heavy riffs with soaring melodies and pounding drums, the band look to expand on their brand of hard rock with every new release. Bright Black are, Talitha, Witt, Alex, Jace.

Today we checked out the music video for their new single ‘Close to the edge’

A HOPE FOR MODERN ROCK

With a combination of profound lyrics and powerful riffs, "Close to the edge" delivers an intense listening experience.

The female vocals, which are both emotionally and technically impressive, take center stage and give the song a special depth. It is a superb performance and the track is so catchy it is impossible not to play it on repeat!

Along with the impressive vocals, are the brutally beautiful riffs which add the heaviness and dynamics, which make this track a real highlight.

The video is also a masterful production, setting the tone for the track.

HOLY S*!T IT’S GOOD

‘Bright Black’ give hope for a true alternative/modern metal explosion and set high expectations for what is to come.

This track has a bit of everything. The guitar solo shows off the technical ability of their guitarist and it brings some real feeling.

The song is an outstanding example of how innovative and artful modern metal can be when approached with courage and musical skill.

With their dynamic style, they are pretty much the hottest thing the female fronted metal sector in the UK has to offer at the moment.
