Unsilenced is a 5-piece Canadian Rock/Metal band from Winnipeg, Manitoba. The band formed in 2018 after meeting through the local Winnipeg music scene. Their unique brand of entertainment brings you back to the greatest time in Rock/Metal music. Be ready for an explosive awakening! Unsilenced new EP Sundown takes you on a thrill ride of unexpected starts, stops, shots and surprises.

Their tasty tracks feature melodic guitar harmonies by Jim Amero & Tim Fast, driven by a back line of thick bass grooves from Mars Greentree and Kyle McKay on drums. The storytelling power of vocalist Kurt Munt rises above it all spurring a reputation for their energetic stage show.

Today we listened to their track ‘SUNDOWN’

The music video is set in a scrapyard/junkyard which creates a gritty ambience that sets the tone for the track.

The guitar rifs are mesmerizing and the vocal performance is top notch.

This song will have you headbanging in no time at all!

After listening to the track a few times I started to pick up on the little guitar licks and drum fills that ad some technicality to the music. All members of the band combine to produce a truly powerful anthemic piece.

REFRESHING, GRITTY AND MEMORABLE

I feel with this track that you can really feel the emotion and energy of every individual band member. The final product is an immense rock masterpiece. Please give them a listen.
